FNARx.com is owned and operated by Broadreach Medical Resources Inc. ("BMR").  A portion of the BMR-INC.com Website is accessible only to registered users. To become a registered user, you must be employed or associated by a company/association who has contracted BMR to provide you with a Prescription Drug Program. Your sponsor or BMR will provide you with the information you need in order to complete the website registration process. There are several areas at FNARx.com that are open to the general public, however these areas of the site may provide additional information or services for registered users, please take a moment to familiarize your self with other helpful topics and links .

We have provided this privacy notice to describe the online information collection and use practices at FNARx.com.
